This week-long experience invites you to slow down, deepen your yoga practice, and reconnect—with your breath, body, creativity, and community. Mornings begin with movement and meditation, afternoons leave space for local exploration, rest, or artful expression, and evenings invite nourishing meals and meaningful connection.

    Your room for the week

    Each room includes a private bath, AC, vintage charm, and colorful décor. Cozy beds and modern comforts make this 400-year-old Quinta feel like home.

    Your meals for the week

    Breakfast, lunch & dinner (+ a glass of wine) each day boasting seasonal, colorful, and mostly garden-grown—rooted in Douro Valley traditions with global flair.

    Your daily yoga

    Morning hatha to begin your day with movement and intention and evening yin or restorative to flow into a restful evening

    Specialized workshop

    Specialized yoga workshops - eg. ayurveda, breathwork, sound therapy, myofascial self-massage

    Group hike

    Hike to the nearby ancient Roman Bridge with waterfall swim

    A closing circle to ground, reflect, and honor the journey—gathering in stillness and connection after a shared week of movement, insight, and soulful presence.

  • Transportation

    Transportation to/from the retreat. We will coordinate a shuttle from the local Douro Valley train station to the Quinta as best we can. Any other excursions will also be paid for by each individual if they choose to go.

    Honesty bar

    Additional alcoholic beverages available at the Honesty bar, payable by individual guests in cash.

    On-site massage services

    Available as option to be paid by guest in cash.

    Off-site tours

    Off-site tours and cultural experiences are available from €10-€50 and can be arranged upon arrival.
