Here's a full rundown of our class offerings. Instead of organizing them by experience level, we sort them by pace, from the most gentle to the most heart-pumping. But remember, you can always adjust your participation in each class to suit what your body needs.

TWILIGHT RESTORATIVE
Our slowest-paced class is your Sunday night exhale. In a candlelit space, you’ll melt into long, supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. We’ll close with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a dreamy guided meditation that feels like deep, healing rest. The perfect way to reset before the week ahead.
YIN
Our most grounding class, Yin is all on the floor with long, steady holds (1–5 minutes) designed to target deep connective tissues and fascia. This quiet, functional practice supports joint health, improves flexibility, and creates a sense of spaciousness in both body and mind. You’ll leave feeling open, calm, and recharged.
CHILL FLOW
Move with intention, not rush. This chill-paced class blends breath, alignment, and longer-held poses to help you build strength, deepen your practice, and feel more connected in your body. We’ll start with a thoughtful warm-up to ease in, then move through poses with time to refine, settle, and expand.
EVERYDAY YOGA
This class breaks down the how and why of yoga poses in a clear, supportive way. You’ll get guidance on alignment, transitions, and modifications so you can move safely and confidently, whether you're brand new or looking to refine your practice. Accessible, practical, and all about building a strong base.
FLOW
This progressive class blends mindful movement with alignment-focused flow. Sequences build gradually, introducing new variations and challenges to help you grow your practice at your own pace. Expect steady movement, gentle heat, and the space to explore both strength and flexibility with intention.
ENERGY MIX
This class blends the best of both worlds — 30 minutes of energizing flow followed by 30 minutes of restorative relaxation. Start with dynamic vinyasa sequences to ignite your energy, then wind down with deep, supported stretches to restore and rejuvenate. Perfect for balancing strength and serenity in one class.
STRENGTHENING FLOW
A balanced class that focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility — without the intensity of high-impact workouts. You’ll move through controlled, mindful poses that target key muscle groups, enhance stability, and promote resilience. Challenge yourself at your own pace with modifications for every level.
POWER FLOW
A high-energy flow class that’s all about breath, heat, and strength. You’ll sync movement with your breath to generate internal warmth, building core strength, toning, and balance along the way. This class challenges both your body and mind, leaving you feeling revitalized, focused, and empowered.
